How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Palkie Talkie → Cancel Subscription. Apple processes the cancellation; your premium access continues until the end of the current period.

How do I get a refund?

For in-app purchases: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, Apple makes the final decision. For web subscriptions: email us and we'll refund through Stripe.

The app crashes or audio doesn't work.

Check that you granted microphone permission in iPhone Settings → Palkie Talkie → Microphone. If your AI partner plays but you don't hear it, check the volume side switch and that Silent Mode is off. If the issue persists, email us with your iOS version and a description of what happens.

I want to delete my account.

Open the app → More → Privacy & Data → Delete my account. This removes your account and signs you out. If you can't reach the screen, email us and we'll do it for you.

Your AI partner is talking too much / not stopping when I do.

You can interrupt mid-sentence by speaking; your AI partner's audio will yield. If a specific persona keeps overriding pace or saying the same phrase, switch personas from the Persona tab, or email us, we tune persona prompts based on real reports.
